Summer Salad

Summer is the best time for fresh fruits and veggies, so that's why Gina and I decided to make a spinach and strawberry salad topped with a vinaigrette dressing. The dressing had poppy seeds (that we had leftover from our breadmaking days), oil, white wine vinegar, paprika, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and minced onion. We tossed the dressing with a bunch of strawberry slices, spinach, goat cheese, and almonds. It was a tasty, sweet, refreshing salad that I would definitely make again.
